Deleting a Component from a Task Plan

You can delete a component from a task plan, which makes it no longer part of the task plan. However, you can add a component of the same type back into the task plan and reconfigure it.

You can also suppress a component from executing as described in Suppressing a Component from a Task Plan.

  1. From the Design Gateway, select a model that contains a task plan.
  2. Double-click the Task component icon.
  3. Select a component from either the Available Components list or the Task Plan Execution list, and click .

    Isight deletes the component from the task plan.

  4. Click OK to save your changes and to close the Task Component Editor.
