CFD Model Setup

This section introduces the flow splitter CFD model.

The simulation files are provided within the installation and can be found under this path: 

  <install_dir>\SMATfoResources\<solver>\examples\flowsplitter\

The CFD model features a typical problem of a flow splitter with one inflow and two outflows:

As an additional target for this case the optimization result should lead to a mass-flow ratio of 60:40 for the two outlets.
