Accessing the Isight Library

You can use the Isight library to save files locally, publish items, set permissions, and drag and drop components to the component palette.

  1. To access the Isight library, do one of the following:

    • From the View menu, select Library.

    • Click the Library button on the Design Gateway toolbar.

    • Click Add on the right side of the component palette.

  2. Navigate through the directory structure on the left side of the Isight library to find stored items and information.
  3. If desired, click Refresh to refresh the items displayed in the Isight library.
  4. If desired, click View Details to view information about a selected item (e.g., general details, description, attribute and reference details).
  5. If you are connected to a SIMULIA Execution Engine, you can retrieve an object from the SIMULIA Execution Engine and work on it in the Isight library in standalone mode:
    1. Select the object.
    2. Click Fetch .
    3. Disconnect from the SIMULIA Execution Engine and access the object in standalone mode from the Isight library.
  6. Click Close to exit the Isight library.
