Sorting the Job List

If the Job List contains multiple jobs, you can use the View by area on the left side of the Job Database interface to sort the jobs by time or by model.

If you have more than one model with the same name but the jobs were created at different times, each model will have its own entry in the list. Isight can determine that the job is different based on the history of the model.

  1. Open the Job Database interface as described in Accessing the Job Database Interface.
  2. Sort by time or model.
    • To sort by time, click Time in the View by area. When sorted by time, the jobs are first listed by when they were executed and then by their corresponding model.
    • To sort by model, click Model in the View by area. When sorted by model, the jobs are first sorted by their corresponding model and then by when they were executed.
  3. If desired, you can select an item in the Organized by list to view only those items. For example, if you select a job, Isight displays all the jobs with that name in the job list.
  4. Click Show All to reset the view to display all jobs.
