You can use the Command with File Input/Output (I/O) templates, provided with the Isight Developer, to help you create components. The Command with File I/O template supports a common component type that updates an input
file, executes a system command, and extracts data from an output
file.
The Tree/Table template is an extension
of the Command with File I/O template that adds a tree/table user interface
to select parameters whose values you want to update/extract from a specified
file.
