Prerequisites

Install WebSphere.
Create a new profile in WebSphere, if necessary, and start the server. For more information, see https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEQTP_8.5.5/com.ibm.websphere.base.doc/ae/tpro_setup.html
Install, configure, and initialize an Oracle database.
Update and rename (if necessary) the following files:
- acs.properties
- webtop.properties
- webdashboard.properties
Update the params.txt name-value file with information about your installation (see Params.txt Quick Reference).
