Opening the Component Editors

You use component editors to configure options for how you want to use this instance of the component in the model. In the Runtime Gateway, you can only edit process components. For information about setting techniques and execution options for each individual component, see the Isight Component Guide.

  1. To configure a component, do any of the following:

    • Double-click the component icon on the Sim-flow tab or in the model explorer.

    • Click the component, and select Component / Editor from the Design Gateway View menu.

    • Click the component, and click the Component Editor button in the component title bar.

    • Right-click the component on either the Sim-flow tab or in the model explorer, and select Edit.

    The component editor appears.

  2. If desired, make changes and click OK to close the component editor.
